Job summary

Jimbo in San Diego, CA is seeking a friendly Front End Associate to provide excellent customer service and support store operations. You will assist customers, bag groceries, and help prepare carts and signage as needed.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist customers within guidelines.
• Properly bag customer’s groceries.
• Assist customers to their vehicles when necessary.
• Perform price checks for cashiers and/or customers.
• Return all Go Backs promptly.
• Assist ‘special needs’ customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and front end areas.
