• Prior cashier experience with Front End operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier and customer service duties and supervisory tasks.
• Assist customers and ensure adherence to standards of service.
• Own Front End operations in the absence of Front End management.
• Enforce store policies, train staff, and document performance.
• Supervise Front End staff, ensure productivity and address performance issues.
• Maintain accurate till closeouts and reconcile cashiers.
• Run daily and weekly reports.
• Follow policy when approving checks and selling beer/wine.
