Qualifications

• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders
• Must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders accurately and efficiently using handheld devices
• Verify product and order accuracy through quality control processes
• Learn product knowledge and customer service standards to deliver excellent experiences
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups
