Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking an In-Store Shopper to prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support both online and in-store teams, shop throughout the store, and help ensure accurate, high-quality service during peak hours including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include fulfilling orders with accuracy, maintaining clean staging areas, handling returns, and staying informed on products and promotions.

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
