Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Grocery Manager in Las Vegas to lead multiple departments including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and the Beer/Wine category. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure product freshness and safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, excellent communication, and a proven ability to coach and develop teams. Flexibility with shifts is needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in multi-department retail, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to take and give direction in a team environment.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Proven leadership to build, motivate and maintain staff and understand personnel reports, margins, and weekly sales numbers.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety certification and adherence to federal/state/company regulations for product freshness, safety, sanitation and safety standards.
• Strong organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and frequent bending/squatting as part of duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margins, weekly sales, and financial goals.

Responsabilités

• Oversee sales and operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine departments.
• Ensure proper product handling, rotation for freshness, and date controls.
• Monitor and improve operations to control costs and reduce shrinkage and pilferage.
• Assist in physical inventory preparations and store readiness.
• Oversee unloading of trucks and verification of deliveries against invoices; report shortages/overages.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and department safety.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings; recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Address team member concerns with independent judgment and apply corrective actions with HR support.
• Optimize schedules and staffing to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate standards, policy changes, and product knowledge to the team.
• Lead a team delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
