Responsibilities

• Ensure proper product handling, rotation, freshness, and date controls.
• Control labor costs and shrink, pilferage, and inefficiencies.
• Assist in store preparation for physical inventory counts.
• Oversee inbound deliveries and verify against invoices.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and safety.
