Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate on the Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations team to drive growth in enterprise grocery. You will partner with product, engineering, finance, analytics and sales to test ideas, analyze economics, and set up growth bets that can be productized.

You’ll use AI daily to accelerate analysis and automate workflows, reporting to a Manager in New Verticals Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to pull data in SQL and build models in spreadsheets.
• Ownership mindset with bias for action and delivery.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort building from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop the optimal marketplace strategy for dashers, merchants and consumers.
• Own tracking dashboards and week-over-week metrics to drive operations.
• Analyze economic and operational costs using models and tests; apply AI to accelerate analysis.
• Translate strategies into experiments and new tooling with measurable outcomes.
• Build with AI to automate processes and prototype product visions.
• Collaborate with growth, finance, product and engineering to launch initiatives.
