DoorDash is hiring two Associate Manager roles on the Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations teams. You will act as the end-to-end owner of your segment’s merchant and customer experience, with a mix of day-to-day operations and long-range bets.

• Bachelor’s degree in a field that builds quantitative and analytical thinking.
• Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience pulling data with SQL and building models in spreadsheets.

• Develop optimal strategy for serving dashers, merchants and consumers.
• Own weekly metrics dashboards to drive operations.
• Build models to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments.
• Design operational experiments and tooling with AI to accelerate impact.
• Collaborate with growth, finance, product and engineering to launch initiatives.
