DoorDash, Inc. is hiring an Associate on the Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations team.

You will drive growth for enterprise grocery merchants, performing deep analyses, designing experiments, and partnering with product, engineering, finance, and sales to bring initiatives to life. You will operate dashboards, synthesize data, and build AI-enabled solutions while maintaining a hybrid work model with periodic in-person days.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to outcome.
• Strong analytical capabilities including data-driven decision making and SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Strategize the optimal approach for serving all marketplace stakeholders (dashers, merchants, consumers).
• Own tracking dashboards and weekly metrics to drive performance.
• Analyze economic and operational costs using models in spreadsheets and SQL; apply AI where applicable.
• Design and run experiments, translating strategy into product features and tooling.
• Build with AI to automate processes and prototype new solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and sales to execute initiatives.
