Job summary

DoorDash is hiring an Associate on the Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations team to drive growth with enterprise grocery merchants. You will partner with product, engineering, finance, analytics and sales to test new growth bets, build dashboards, and translate analyses into actionable initiatives.

You’ll leverage AI to automate workflows, develop prototypes, and push for scalable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/critical thinking field.
• Comfort with SQL data extraction and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategize from first principles to optimize marketplace outcomes for dashers, merchants and consumers.
• Own tracking dashboards and weekly metrics to drive high-quality operations.
• Analyze economic and operational costs using SQL and spreadsheets; apply AI insights.
• Prototype experiments and product features to yield measurable results.
• Collaborate with product, eng, finance, analytics and sales to execute initiatives.
