DoorDash USA is seeking an Associate for Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations on the New Verticals team. You will drive growth for enterprise grocery by analyzing journeys, testing growth bets, and developing a product vision with AI-enabled tooling.

You will partner with product, engineering, finance, analytics and sales to turn insights into actionable initiatives, owning end-to-end delivery and performance tracking in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field that builds quantitative and general critical thinking skills.
• 1–3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Owner mindset with bias for action and ability to build from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making; comfortable pulling data in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategy for Dashers, merchants and consumers.
• Own tracking dashboards and week-over-week metrics.
• Build models in spreadsheets and SQL to evaluate costs/benefits of programs.
• Design experiments and translate strategies into product features and tooling.
• Leverage AI to automate and accelerate analysis and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives end-to-end.
