Qualifications

• 18+ age minimum.
• 1–2 years supervisory retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily front-end operations and cashier activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Trains new cashiers on checkout procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
• Partners with Front End Manager on staffing of checkout lanes and adherence to policies.
• Balances cash drawers and conducts regular cash audits.
• Greets customers, resolves inquiries and escalates issues when needed.
• Ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area; enforces safety and sanitation standards.
