Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a store supervisor to manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department, with potential assignment to the HBC/GM Department. The role includes directing and evaluating staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, along with interviewing and training associates to improve customer satisfaction and sales.

The position requires high school diploma or GED, or 2–3 years of related experience, and 18+ years of age.
