Responsibilities include operating daily department functions, planning promotions to hit sales targets, maintaining displays, and ensuring product freshness across multiple stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in related fields; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; may relocate.
• Travel between stores for training may be required.
• Familiar with inventory management; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train for 6–8 months and take on department supervision duties.
• Manage department operations and meet company standards.
• Coordinate promotions with store management to hit sales targets.
• Maintain displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
• Order products based on on-hand inventory and schedules.
• Receive poultry shipments; inspect quantity and quality.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and manage physical inventory counts.
• Work with local vendors and update labels/prices.
• Provide schedules and manage attendance.
• Assist with coaching, training, and performance reviews.
