Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude around customers.
• Leadership ability to motivate staff and analyze sales and margin data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver quality product, service, and customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery team; handle deliveries.
