Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations; maintain proper temperatures and logs.
• Report safety risks, theft, fraud; notify management of incidents.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and CAO systems.
• Plan, organize and supervise inventory processes.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags.
• Monitor inventory conditions and note discrepancies.
• Assist with budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Control department expenses and stay updated on ads.
• Implement promotional plans and prepare seasonal critiques.
• Collaborate with store management on promotions.
