Job summary

Qualifications

• Any management experience required.
• 1 year of grocery retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations and verify temperatures/logs.
• Train associates on inventory, CAO and merchandising processes.
• Plan, organize and supervise inventory and pricing changes.
• Monitor expenses and assist with store/department budgets.
• Lead and develop staff, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with management to achieve store goals.
