Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations in Philadelphia. The role includes cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and monitoring perishables while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining clean, safe store conditions.

You will assist in training other staff, ensure product rotation and proper pricing, and uphold Leevers policies and procedures. This non-management position requires flexibility to cover shifts and work across store areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (15 with parent letter and school authorization)
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Language proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus in certain locations
• Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and basic computer skills
• Dependable and flexible to work scheduled shifts with little or no advance notice
• Must adhere to safety standards

Responsabilités

• Maintain schedule adherence and timeliness
• Operate a cash register efficiently and perform checkout procedures with accurate handling of cash, EBT, debit/credit, WIC vouchers, gift cards and coupons
• Stock grocery, frozen, dairy, and all perishable products and maintain product rotation
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and stocking on shelves and in refrigerated cases
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, courteous manner
• Assist store management in training other employees
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper pricing and signage
• Protect company property and merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned
