Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Retail Associate (Store Clerk) to support daily store operations, cashiering, stocking, and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain clean, safe, and organized departments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately, and deliver friendly, professional service while upholding company standards. Key duties include operating the register, stocking, unloading deliveries, and ensuring accurate signage and displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or grocery experience.
• Cash handling or POS experience.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse customers and teammates.
• Takes initiative and works with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and follow checkout procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address feedback.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain merchandise across departments.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing product.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions including floors, restrooms, and backrooms.
• Retrieve shopping carts and keep entrance areas orderly.
• Ensure proper signage, pricing, and displays.
• Support other departments as needed and adhere to uniform policy.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
