Job summary

Leevers Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations. You will cashier, stock shelves, maintain clean and safe conditions, and assist customers with friendly service.

Responsibilities include checkout efficiency, product rotation, and helping in other store areas as needed. Bilingual skills are a plus; must be able to lift and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (15 with parent letter and school authorization)
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule adherence and timeliness
• Operate a cash register efficiently and perform checkout procedures with accurate handling of cash, EBT, debit/credit, WIC, Gift Cards and coupons
• Stock grocery, frozen, dairy, produce and all perishables and ensure proper rotation and price tagging
• Assist unloading deliveries and stocking products on shelves, in cases and refrigerated units
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
• Assist with training other store employees and maintain clean, safe work environments
• Assist Fresh Meat personnel as needed and handle related duties as training allows
• Performs other duties as assigned within the store
