Price Rite Windsor is hiring a Closing Supervisor to oversee all store operations on shift, deliver high-quality customer service, and ensure store presentation stays clean and stocked. The role requires managing up to 20 team members, handling deposits, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal policies.

Minimum qualifications include 1+ years of related management experience, ability to read and write reports, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• One plus years related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Holds an active Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 team members on shift.
• Maintain store conditions and sanitation to standard.
• Open/close the store and handle deposits.
• Perform CGO functions: receiving, inventory, damages, signs.
• Ensure great customer service and safety compliance.
