Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of related management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before customers or team members.
• Ability to calculate figures and percentages.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Ability to deal with and resolve problems.
• Holds an active Food Safety Certification.
• Regularly stand, walk, and lift objects as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and personnel on shift.
• Deliver high quality customer service to all customers.
• Ensure store presentation remains clean, stocked, and professional.
• Open/close the store, handle cash and deposits.
• Perform CGO functions: receiving, inventory, damages, signs and tags.
