Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Store Manager in providing quality customer service within the Center Store Department.
• Maintain standards per the standard practice manual and maximize sales through service.
• Help train, schedule and maintain a qualified stock crew.
• Ensure productivity goals and proper stock, display and shelving of merchandise.
• Follow Food Lion safety guidelines and policies, including CBT and training requirements.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and adhere to dress code.
