Job summary

Food Lion is seeking an Associate to assist the Center Store (Grocery) Manager in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. You will help train and schedule the stock crew, ensure shelf integrity, and uphold safety guidelines in a dynamic grocery environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while using store systems. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive shopping experience with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Assist Center Store Manager to train, schedule and maintain stock crew.
• Ensure shelf compliance and clean, neat appearance in the Center Store area.
• Support ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising per company policies.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines at all times.
• Complete CBT and training packets as required by Food Lion.
