Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Store Manager to train, schedule, and maintain a qualified stock crew.
• Maintain enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure Center Store Associates maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Assist to train, schedule, and maintain a qualified stock crew; ensure productivity goals are met.
• Stock product in accordance with policies and guidelines; ensure shelf allocations per item tags.
• Follow company policies, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
