Position Type: Full Time – Entry Level

Daily Operations

• Providing exceptional service to all customers
• Training to cover Store Director’s and Grocery Manager’s roles during absences
• Assisting with grocery orders and shelving
• Updating pricing and signage
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store departments

Employee Development

• Training and developing staff for stability and success
• Scheduling department employees
• Overseeing inventory control and backroom conditions
• Fostering honest and ethical relationships with team members and vendors
• Creating a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution

Company Standards & Physical Requirements

• Adhering to company policies and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, stand, move, and handle materials
