Guest Relations Associate
Full Time – Entry Level
Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Guest Relations Manager

Daily Operations:

Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies
Understanding all customer service functions such as cashiering, lottery, Western Union, Rug Doctor, video rental, in-store charges, money orders, payroll check cashing, credit card machines, and hunting and fishing license sales
Assisting other departments as needed or learning other departments including stocking tobacco areas
Ensuring carry-outs and parcel pick-up services are quick and efficient
Monitoring Front End to ensure associates focus on customer service

Company Standards:

Developing knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions at store level
Maintaining knowledge and training on all customer service transactions
Following all company policies including dress code and wearing a name tag

Basic Functions and Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally, exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move about various workstations, and work on sometimes slippery floors. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and sharp instruments for food preparation or product removal.
