Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics in Bentonville, AR to own analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs. You will lead tracking, reporting, experiments, and post-launch analyses to measure impact and drive decisions.

The team focuses on data strategy and analytics across acquisition, engagement, and benefits, partnering with business leads to shape strategy and execute initiatives with rigor and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs and initiatives launches.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments, holdouts) to evaluate levers.
• Leverage advanced analytics and data science techniques to reach a true why understanding.
• Bring insights unprompted and surface opportunities, risks, and ideas.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking for clear business view.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
