Job summary

Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Manager – Business Analysis & Insights (Operational Performance Analytics) to serve as the analytics backbone for Middle Mile Inventory Flow’s Operational Performance pillar. You’ll translate end-to-end supply chain data into insights that drive action across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills, with Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong data storytelling and influence, translating complex analysis into clear actions for senior leaders.
• Ability to connect large, complex datasets and identify relationships, root causes, and business impact.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, and Merchandising; Product and Engineering experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation.
• Model relationships across metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact.
• Turn complex data into a cohesive supply chain performance story that drives action.
• Lead the DefectOne Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1.
• Evolve supplier incentives to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact.
• Build scalable reporting and visualizations that move performance insights to action.
• Influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven recommendations.
