Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guest complaints per customer service standards.
• Supervise dining area setup, cashier stations, and food stations for quality.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain safe facility environment and proper handling of equipment and food.
