Qualifications

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities and proactive support for customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve per customer service standards.
• Monitor dining area, cashier stations, and food stations for quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, and direct unit staff under Manager guidance.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain safe facility environment and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Notify Manager of unusual events or safety/quality control issues.
