Guest Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Grill Supervisor at the Pentagon to oversee dining operations and floor management.

The role supports the Manager to drive financial goals and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring staff performance aligns with company standards. You will recruit and train hourly staff, supervise setup, maintain safety and sanitation, and address guest concerns promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related management experience.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.

Mansioni

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times and handle complaints per service standards.
• Monitor and supervise setup and maintenance of dining areas, cashier stations, and food stations to ensure quality.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, and directing staff; train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain safe facility environment including equipment, food handling, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Notify management of unusual events or safety/quality issues.
