Job summary

Bolay is seeking a full-time Grill/Oven Chef in Pembroke Pines, FL to prepare lunch and/or dinners and to work with roasting ovens and grills. Responsibilities include reviewing menus before preparation, ensuring all food procedures are followed, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and learning new menu items.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary training is preferred, with at least 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of culinary institute or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and established menus.

Responsibilities
