Responsibilities

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other proteins.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and arrange proteins for presentation.
• Monitor holding time and maintain proper serving temperatures.
• Inspect quality of raw proteins before marinating/grilling.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
