El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Grill Master to prepare grilled proteins and maintain quality according to our standards. You will receive orders, marinate, cook, stock, and present items while ensuring proper holding times and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other grilled proteins according to company standards.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and arrange proteins for proper presentation on the plate or in the packaging.
• Monitor holding time for grilled proteins and take corrective actions when hold time expires or product quality fails to meet standards.
• Maintain proper serving temperatures for cooked proteins.
• Inspect chicken and raw proteins for quality before marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
