J. Alexander's Restaurants in Nashville is seeking a Grill Cook to maintain grill temperatures and support an open-kitchen service. You will coordinate with expo, assemblers, and management to ensure proper cooking temps and clean stations during busy weekend and PM shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 yr. kitchen/culinary/chef experience on a broiler preferred but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with expo and management in an open-kitchen layout.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper food temps per company specs.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a clean station and workspace.
