Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of prior kitchen/culinary experience on wood-burning grill preferred.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens is required.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grill temperature throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with expo, assembler and management for ticket orders.
• Ensure proper food temps and sanitation; keep station clean.
• Open and closing duties.
