American Dining Creations is hiring a Grill Cook to ensure exceptional dining through accurate preparation, grilling, and presentation of menu offerings. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service with a smile, creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include cooking, grilling, and serving at a designated station, using kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience, using a grill or stove top.
• Basic knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on responsibilities.
• Dedication to excellence in hospitality and great dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings at a designated station.
• Operate kitchen equipment (stove top, flat top, open flame grill).
• Transport food safely between stations and storage areas.
• Prepare and serve food per guest specifications and rotation procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, portioning, and temperature logs; assist with inventory.
