Job summary

American Dining Creations, a division of American Food & Vending, seeks a Grill Cook to ensure high-quality dining through accurate grilling, portioning and plating of menu items. You will multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include cooking at designated stations, handling various kitchen equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience with flat top or open flame grills.
• Basic knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Dedication to excellence in hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings within a designated station.
• Utilize a stove top, flat top, open flame grill and other kitchen equipment.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays safely between work areas.
• Prepare and serve food per guest specifications.
• Store foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Retain temperature logs and production records.
• Keep supplies stocked and participate in inventory as directed.
• Set up and breakdown stations; clean and sanitize equipment.
• Adhere to state and local food safety regulations.
• Provide friendly, professional service and support guest satisfaction.
• May operate POS and package to-go items.
