Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers - Pecos in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and grill a variety of dishes in a fast-paced setting. You will manage grill temperatures, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and timely service for guests.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume kitchens, can multitask during busy periods, and collaborates well with the kitchen team. Must be 18+, hold a Food Handlers Certification, and be available evenings and weekends.

• Food safety knowledge and proper handling, storage and hygiene.
• Grill cooking techniques, temperature control and timing.
• Familiar with cuts of meat, seafood and vegetables.
• Ability to work fast-paced, high-pressure shifts.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
