Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team in Gilbert, AZ. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate food prep, and ensure dishes meet high-standards.

Responsibilities include station setup, cooking across techniques, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service. Flexible hours and competitive pay offered.

Competenze

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Culinary experience in line cook or similar role preferred.
• Must have valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to learn POS software (Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity).

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook food items per recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock line station before shifts.
• Use grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and baking techniques.
• Maintain menu knowledge and presentation standards.
• Adhere to food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Inspect quality and freshness and address discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
