COLD BEERS & CHEESEBURGERS - CROSSROADS is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and grill a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, ensure proper cooking, and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: portion meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables for grilling.
• Grill Operation: manage gas/charcoal grills with proper temperature and timing.
• Menu Execution: follow recipes and plating guidelines for consistency.
• Food Safety: adhere to storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Order Accuracy: ensure timely preparation with quality presentation.
• Collaboration: coordinate with kitchen staff for peak hours efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance: clean and maintain grilling equipment.
• Quality Control: monitor taste and presentation to standards.
• Inventory Management: assist in tracking ingredients and ordering needs.
• Teamwork: work with chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
