Square One Concepts, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and grill a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and timely service in a busy kitchen. You will be responsible for accurate portioning, grilling, and plating while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires knowledge of grilling techniques, teamwork, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A valid Food Handler certification is required.

• Food safety knowledge and proper storage, handling, and hygiene
• Grill cooking techniques with temperature control and timing
• Knowledge of meat, seafood, and vegetables and proper doneness
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prepare and portion meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables for grilling.
• Operate gas or charcoal grills with temperature control.
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines for consistent quality.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
