Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in Glendale, AZ seeks a skilled Line Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations, coordinate food prep, and uphold high standards for menu items. You will lead a fast-paced team, maintain quality, and ensure timely orders.

The role requires food safety knowledge, physical stamina, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior culinary experience and a valid food handlers certificate are preferred.

Competenze

• Food safety knowledge and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with accuracy.
• Willingness to learn POS software and schedules.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook food items per recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the assigned line station before shifts.
• Use grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and baking techniques.
• Maintain menu knowledge and presentation standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols.
