• Experience as grill cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and safe meat temperatures.
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage grill station during service, including searing and grilling meats and vegetables.
• Prepare and cook orders accurately to meet ticket times.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, times and portion control.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and proper handling of raw proteins.
• Set up, break down, and clean grill station and assist with other stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during service.
• Assist with prep work including seasoning and portioning products.
