Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Grill Cook for corporate dining to join a fast-paced kitchen with a Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm schedule. You’ll grill, prepare daily specials, and work with a strong culinary team using quality ingredients.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in a corporate dining environment or similar venue, plus proven grill/flat top experience and proficiency with fryer, pizza oven, steamer, and other equipment while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate dining environment or similar venue.
• Proven grill/flat top experience to execute menu items including daily specials.
• Knowledge of operating fryer, pizza oven, steamer, and convection oven; and assembly, operation and disassembly of slicers, blenders, mixers and processors.

Responsabilités

• Batch cook and operate a register with excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to equipment use and personal hygiene.
• Maintain quality and consistency of daily menus and specials.
