Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (lifting up to 25–50 lbs).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste as guidance.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout.
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to create scratch-made meals.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in as needed.
• Move and multi-task in the kitchen for extended periods; meet safety and DIG standards.
• Uphold DIG’s anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies and maintain a professional demeanor.
