Job summary

Mellow Mushroom SSI in St Simons Island, GA is seeking a grill cook who can master slicing, chopping, and grilling to deliver on our menu with speed, flavor, and a Mellow vibe.

You will coordinate with the kitchen team to time orders precisely, set up stations with ingredients, maintain a sanitized workspace, monitor stock, and help guests get great meals with a smile.

Qualifications

• Prepare and grill menu items to Mellow Mushroom standards.
• Coordinate timing with the team to serve orders promptly.
• Set up stations and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Monitor inventory and help with stocking when shortages occur.
