• Listen to complaints calmly and resolve problems on the spot.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Above all: provide positive, memorable, and hospitable experiences for our guests; find ways to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Be welcoming and accommodating; present menus, educate patrons, and answer questions with a Mellow vibe.
• Take orders; make recommendations and offer positive feedback while being your unique self.
• Be attentive and quick; make sure guests are relaxed and comfortable; make sure all beverages are full or replaced.
• Take care of business through accurate payment processing; maintaining clean and ready to serve dining rooms; and all the side work that goes along with the territory.
• Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude; solve problems on your feet and offer solutions.
• Have fun; enjoy working with your amazing team of pizza bakers, fellow servers, and bartenders.
