• Provide positive, memorable, and hospitable experiences for guests.
• Be welcoming, educate patrons, present menus and answer questions.
• Take orders, make recommendations and provide feedback.
• Be attentive and quick, keep beverages full or replaced.
• Handle payment processing accurately and maintain clean dining rooms.
• Listen to complaints calmly and resolve problems on the spot.
• Have fun working with a great team of pizza bakers, servers, and bartenders.
